Favorable location, very fancy room, large breakfast. Super dedicated staff, they were ready to help. Lots of supplies in the room : tea/coffee and good Internet. A perfect beach, captivating view. Good value for our christmas.

the hotel is placed just 1 mile from marienplatz. it's worth staying here and exploring thalkirchen - obersendling - forstenried - fuerstenried - solln district.
